As a real estate professional we all want to reach the public with our expertise and knowledge of our craft! One of the most common ways we do this is through a website. We research companies or use a simple franchise agent level site, anything to give us some exposure or internet presence.
Well way back in 2006 I created my first site and it was called Rick's Mountain Homes. It was a little cheesy, set up on a Go Daddy Platform ( before they redesigned everything). It was basic to the core but offered the consumer the ability to search the Pocono MLS and a lot of my clients really appreciated it, even counted on it. Fast forward four years and after being shleved for almost three years, Rick's Mountain Homes has come Full Circle.
From the cheesy little Go Daddy, piced together hack job of a novice almost four years ago to the Now Polished Site hosted by Topproducer. The New and Improved Rick's Mountain Homes is sleek and smooth and offers the consumer EVERYTHING you can imagine for the Pocono Home Shopper!
From a Page of strictly Ski Resort Housing to just a Lakefront Page. From the Search MLS page to the Waterfront or Gameland Page, this site runs so smoothly that it reminds me of a Phoenix rising up from the Ashes to Top Game.
