I could use some help on this one

Hi there Rainmakers,

I have a listing in Fontana, CA. It is a Manufactured 433 on a 27,000 sq ft lot which is currently zoned M1 (light industrial). It is in a proposed plan by the city of Fontana to be rezoned (if it's passed) next year SOMETIME. I've got a buyer who tried to buy about 6 months ago but Escrow fell through when the bank pulled out because of the zoning. Anybody know a lender who can help or a way to get this thing DONE!!!! Thanks a LOT!
