Here's the good NEWS. Top Producer 8i now works with the iphone. Here's the bad news. Verizon does not offer the iphone yet and in Southern Maryland Verizon is the only Realtor choice for full coverage.
So here's more good news. My wireless card is two years old next Friday. If I go online, I can get the $50.00 rebate FREE on the spot and pay NADA, zero, for the Mi Fi Upgrade. The MiFi covers up to five devices. This means laptop plus iPAD. Yep, then you read on apple.com that most of the iphone apps also work on the iPAD.
Then you read that the iphone gets upgraded in November big time. Toss in a little math and you go Santa needs to know all about this. If there is a software upgrade, maybe that's the time range they will increase the hard drive space like they have every other year. As in it will be big enough to carry all my itunes and photos and Kindle books all in one place.
Dear Santa, I have been very good this year. My hard drive crashed last week on my travel laptop.
The MiFi, the IPAD, the iphone, Verizon, and the whole Shebang...Now I do not have to wait forever for the iphone. I can pull MRIS, Google Earth, Walkscore, www.rbintel.com stats and you name it while showing homes. Less paper and more data. YUM.
