I wrote a blog about my excitement with scan codes last night and today I will show you HOW I am implementing this! See the flyer above. This is a simple publisher document duplicated and printed. I have ran 200 copies and cut the paper in half to now go and deliver 400 coupons to LOWES to distribute as people check out today!

The back of the flyer also has a scan code to my contact information and explains a little about the scan code system and if they do not have a smartphone how they can access the coupon on my website.

I will update you on how the leads come through on my website at the end of the week!

Remember that there are people in life that talk about doing things and then there are people in life that DO things and MAKE things happen! If you want to succeed in real estate you can't just think about it...YOU HAVE TO TAKE ACTION!

OK! Leads have been coming in and tracking it they are coming direct from the scan and from the coupon...Some hits are direct to my site but LEADS are out there!
