Well I have encouraging news for the Gulfview and hopefully for Marco Island Real Estate in general!
- Two listings went pending in October including the one that I thought was properly priced at $695,000!
- 1 Closed for $700,000 after 144 days on the Market
- 2 Expired & 1 Terminated (and were not relisted)
- 1 Price Adjustment
