In Case you were wondering....

Real Estate Agent with Exit Realty Results

Or, maybe you weren't wondering at all.

I haven't really been able to blog much lately because of the new ...dare I even say it?....JOB I started about a month ago.  No, I'm not ashamed, I'm just joking!  I found a job doing the very thing I started to get into...REO PROPERTIES.  I do REO coordination and it's a sure blessing because I'm getting caught up paying my bills.  I spend alot of time on the computer, but I don't have a lot of leisure time to do what I like to do...WRITE! (OR TYPE).  I will come in time to time and check up on yall!

Please keep in touch everyone, I haven't left the game...I just had to take a time out!!

Keep me n your prayers & I will do the same!

Thanks everyone for your encouragement!

This isn't exactly a "career move" because I hardly have an excited interest in REO Coordination. LOL!

It's getting me caught up in meeting my financial obligations though, so for that, I'm truly grateful!! I'm already begining to feel a shift though,  because I just got accepted to Cal State University of Dominguez Hills this fall.   I had applied before I started this job, and I wasn't gonna turn it down OR back off being accepted to the University.  I worked hard to get to that point...BEFORE I even became lisc. in Real Estate.

So...I don't know HOW God is gonna pull this one off, and really, it's none of my business "HOW". He is a WAY-MAKER and He hasn't brought me this far to leave me hanging now!!  My job as a child is to do my part, and stand on Faith in Him & His Word that He will perfect that which concerns me, AMEN?!!

The blessing of God BE upon each of you that took the time to stretch out your faith on my behalf!

Thankx for reaching out to a fellow  SoulJah!!

Karen...the other side is the DARK SIDE!

by the way, did you hear anything back yet from to vendor dept yet?

FYI Old Republic Title has an REO department as well. I will send you the info to your private email.

If anyone else wants to know, just email me!

The DARK SIDE!!!  Hmmm, so far the asset managers and BPO assigners have really been very nice to me. Maybe I don't want to hear any stories and keep my illusions:)

No, I haven't heard anything from them yet and I appreciate your email. Never heard of Old Republic Title.

How are you going to manage school and working and Real Estate?

Toya- Stick with it, the residuals are helping me get through the tough time.  Try calling a couple agents out there.  Many are hurting now and need that 70%!

Best of luck to you,
