The American Legion Memorial Park in Everett is one of my favorite places to take my daughter and grandkids. The park stretches over 4 acres and overlooks Port Gardner Bay. American Legion Memorial Park is located in North Everett and is just north of Everett's Historic Home residential area. There is no shortage of green field areas in the park to play!
You can't beat these spectacular views of Port Gardner and the Olympic Mountains. Take a look to the North and you may even see Mt. Baker! (as seen here in the photo below - no, that is not a white cloud - that is Mt. Baker!)
The American Legion Memorial Park in Everett is host to baseball fields, tennis courts, a picnic area that is covered, one of the largest playgrounds in the area for the kids and a public golf course.
You will find the Legion Hall, the Horticulture Center and Greenhouse as well as The Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens which is open daily year round from dusk to 10PM.
The Everett City Council refurbished the American Legion Memorial Park in 1998. So, if you are looking for a new home in the Everett area be sure to check out the The American Legion Memorial Park. It is one of the many fun place to visit in Everett.
