Oh...in my over 40 years in the Real Estate and Title Insurance fields I have seen a couple transactions where buyers were able to make a good buy with little or no money down...but only a couple...and that's after being involved in tens of thousands of real estate transactions...
Now, don't misunderstand me, my family is not holier than though and exempt from being sucked in to some of these scams and delusions...
