We just opened our Merced County office that will cover from Bakersfield to Lodi and surrounding areas on the 203k. Jim Browning, a very good 203k consultant is our key person in that office. Jim and I have worked together since about 1995 or 1996 I believe and as I was rebuilding my business in that area kept hearing about how good he was we got together. It is wonderful when you train someone and years later find that they are well liked and the quality of their work is great. Jim found that we were offering franchises and joined us within a few days of that discovery. This is really a very good thing for us as Jim uses our software and completes his work write ups in a very similar manner to our company policy. We strive to provide more than you expect.
