I just finished taking 2 days of class to get my Seller Residential Specialist designation. This ia a fairly new designation designed for Listing Agents. I personally learned so much in this class taught by Pat Strong (whom I love as an instructor). We had such a nice group of people in a small class setting which enabled us all to ask questions and interact with each other.
For any of you looking for a well worth it class and Designation, I strongly recommend taking this for your personal growth and to be a better listing agent for your sellers. Pat, who is a dynamo speaker, taught us many new techniques to obtain more listings and to make ourselves stand out above the usual suspects. I am very excited to implement the new tips I have learned over the past two days. Great class and designation!!!
