Fieldstone Farm is a new neighborhood under construction in the northern part of Indian Trail NC. Located at the intersection of Rocky River Road and Poplin Road, the neighborhood feels like it’s in the country but an interchange with I-485 and Lawyers Road is just a few miles away. 
The assigned public schools are a short drive from the neighborhood as well.
Construction began in Fieldstone Farm in 2007 with approximately 100 homes completed. The neighborhood is divided into two sections with lots of approximately a third acre in one area and lots of one eighth to one quarter in the other. Homes can range in size from approximately 1800 square feet to over 3000 square feet. Home exteriors are vinyl with brick, stone and shingle accents.
Community amenities in Fieldstone Farm were completed in 2010. The amenity center includes a clubhouse, swimming pool, playground and playing field.
