As real estate photographers we get called in to photograph many beautiful homes. Living in Scottsdale, Arizona we are fortunate to have many unique neighborhoods and communities that can compete as the best in the United States. That's why when we photographed 6999 E. Canyon Wren Circle (MLS# 4463534) for Sherry Gaertner-Tibbets of SGT Fine Properties we were surprised by our reaction to the views this home provided from every window across the back of the home and from the yard.
6999 E. Canyon Wren Circle is on the original Model Row of Terravita by Del Webb and is the Sentis Model with many upgrades and a recent remodel. Sitting right on Fairway #10 of the exclusive golf club, this home boasts view of the golf course and the mountains. In fact, we were so awed, we couldn't decide if we should use the 70-200mm lens and capture the detail or use the 24mm tilt shift and capture the all-encompassing view. We decided to do both! Although we sell our virtual tour in packages, this is really just a guideline. When we walk into a home and survey it, we notice certain things that we feel the Real Estate Agent can't do without. For example, Sherry booked a tour with 4 panoramics and 10 stills.
