Evolving Training for the Real Estate Industry

By
Education & Training with Real Estate Masters Guild

When I started Real Estate Masters Guild in 2009, I had a vision. There were so many things I liked about existing conferences and workshops... and there were some really important things I felt were missing.

Tell me if this has ever happened to you: you've got a nagging problem in your business. You sign up for a conference in hopes that one of the sessions will have the solution to your problem. You attend, you get lots of great ideas, and yet you don't find the solution to your one nagging challenge. So you go home frustrated and don't make progress.

Here's another one: you go to a conference, get all pumped up, go home on fire ready to change the world, and within sixty days, maybe only thirty, you're back into the pattern of your former habits. Again, no forward progress.

I'm a professional coach (check out the ICF, the International Coach Federation, for what that means: I'm a PCC). I see opportunity. First, I know from experience that when folks get one-on-one attention with mentors who specialize in the area their challenge falls into, they find the solution they need and move forward. So, we incorporated that into the Mastery Workshop. EVERY attendee gets a thirty-minute, one-on-one session with the Mentor he or she chooses.

Second, I have learned how great an impact accountability has on performance. So, every attendee is placed into a small group mastermind that meets monthly after the workshop for six months. The groups share their successes, review their challenges, and set goals for implementing in the coming thirty days.

If you're ready to grow, if you want to evolve, if getting into profitability and significance appeals to you, then get to Mastery Workshop III in Denver this October 21-23, 2010. You'll be so glad you did this - for YOU.

Hey John - while we're not planning to be in Phoenix anytime soon, I thought you might like to know we've confirmed both locations for 2011: Savannah, GA, April 14-16 and Reno, NV, October 6-8. You can check out the events section of our site for the latest updates when they come.
