Put your money where your mouth is

Services for Real Estate Pros with Redfin

Every morning at 9am the customer survey responses for all of our partner agents start to roll in.  And usually they are great.  We pride ourselves in holding the bar high for every agent we refer business to and then we survey every client to make sure our consumers agree.  But every week we get a few survey responses that continue to shock me.  It's always a story of an agent who really went the extra mile for a customer, who did something extraodinary, sometimes not just as a real estate agent but as a person who cares about others and always does what's right.

And we want to shine a bright light on those people to reward them for putting their clients' interests above everything else and truly acting as fiduciaries.  This week's winner is our first repeat winner and is also the very first partner agent to join our referral program. Miguel Aguilar, Broker-owner of Realty World Murrieta really puts his money where his mouth is when it comes to putting his clients first.

Here's what the happy home-buyer had to say:

"Miguel was an awesome Realtor and I would definitely recommend him to everyone. He was able to get our first offer on a house accepted, and after we realized it was not a wise choice, helped us find the right one (which was the second offer) and also get it accepted. Buying a house is a frustrating experience, the escrow process took longer than the normal 45 days and the seller would not waive the per diem, Miguel took care of it for us as it was not our fault (the loan process seemed to be a bit on the laggy side). He did this after already helping with origination fees after the house appraised lower than the offer and the seller refused to pay part of closing costs. Overall Miguel was a great Realtor who was always accessible by phone and helped us find the perfect house for the right price."  Check out the full review on Redfin.

That's what I call doing whatever it takes to delight your client.  Great work, Miguel!
