Although for the third quarter of 2010 existing home market volume in Windsor Colorado has slowed to almost flat with last year, median and average price has made a rebound.
Prices still show stabilization. Windsor's year to date (Jan -Aug) median price has increased 28% over the same period as last year. The average year to date price is up as well. Windsor's average price is a plus 13%.
