Buffalo, Mn welcomes Catie's Cafe, located at the corner of Hwy 55 and Hwy 25, right next to the Buffalo Arby's.
Specializing in deli style sandwiches and soups, they also serve breakfast sandwiches and the pastries are amazing!
I ordered the lunch special, half a sandwich and a bowl of soup for $7.59. The sandwich was shaved smoked turkey with avocado, tomato, onion, bean sprouts and a mayo chilpote dressing. The soup was a hearty corn chowder with chunks of potato, fresh corn, bacon and cream. Oh my golly, excellent.
Now they only have around 8-10 seating areas not including the outdoor sidewalk table. We went at 12:45 and were able to get a seat right away but at 11:30 to noon it may require the fun white take out bags!
I totally recommend Catie's Cafe for an easy filling meal that tastes homemade fresh.
