Restaurant in Roswell GA Bistro VG was referred to my wife and me by a neighbor who really enjoys their food. We live in Roswell ourselves and one of our favorite things to do is try different restaurants. We noticed as we walked in the door it had an modern urban atmosphere. Some might even say it's a little eclectic.
There is a main dining area and in the bar area a contemporary Lotus room that has white patent leather walls. There is also an area to eat outdoors with umbrellas if eating outdoors interests you. The service we received was excellent! Our waitress was at hand to make sure our experience was all that it could be.
Bistro VG serves an assortment of cuisines to accommodate most everyones taste. I happen to love seafood so I tried the Grouper special they had that night and it was outstanding. If you like macaroni and cheese you must try the "spicy macaroni and cheese" - it was fantastic!
If you're looking for a restaurant in Roswell GA Bistro VG is definitely worth trying. Bistro VG is moderately priced with a trendy atmosphere and dress is business casual. If you want to step out of the box and experience something different from the chain restaurants then Bistro VG may fit the bill for you.
