Manteca is still the hot spot for New Home Sales in San Joaquin County. Projects report much lower traffic numbers than have been reported over the last 8 weeks, coming in at a two-month low. "Economic indicators" are mixed but still suggesting a very modest growth pace for the third quarter. The county saw no new properties released into the new construction inventory.
