Carole - Yes - you read it right. It's in one of the older sections commonly known as 'Hunkie Town'. (Old Hungarian neighborhood) It's surrounded by a fairly industrial landscape, but the neighborhood itself is pretty decent. Just working people.
In our area a 6,000sf, 5 bed, 4.5 bath home on the river will only run about $750k. In some markets that size home would be 4 times that. We do have some of the best property prices around. LOL
