Putting yourself on the Injured Reserve list.

By
Real Estate Agent with YourStories Realty Group MA# 9517963

Have you written off this year and waiting for the economy to be working easier for you?  Have you started just phoning in rather than showing up and practicing?  Your results are a direct result of your actions.  What actions are you taking on a daily basis to get any better.  Are you even doing the work that is in front of you and has to be done, or are you putting that off too. That is what I am talking about being on injured reserve.  tas_sam_drinks_h20You are taking yourself out of the game and not even trying.  That is a choice and a decision, not a good one, but a decision that you will live with.

On the other hand there is always one more thing that can be done.  But don’t do it.  Do the thing that is highest priority on your list to produce income.  Do that right now.  In fact, write the word “procrastination” on your “to do” list right now.  Whenever you look at your list of things to do, ignore procrastinate, push that off to tomorrow, do some of the other tasks on your list today.

It is Thursday, near the end of the month.  What do your numbers look like.  I am not just talking about the sales, or commissions, but all the numbers that lead to that sale and that commission.  The calls made, the letters writing, the postcards sent, the presentations made, the etc, etc…Get those numbers in order and the sales will be there.  Real Estate is a process that is simple, it is not easy, but it is simple.

I always work harder to put more systems in place or tweak what I have to be more efficient when it slows down a bit. this year has been my best year ever in real estate.

"I listen for a living." It's all about you.

Congratulations Lizette,  you are one to who's behavior we should model.  Putting in systems and paying attention to them is critical for success.  I am so happy for you having found your way.

Malcolm, there is not doubt you will achieve your goals.  I have been watching you grow all year.

Thanks Pat for reiterating one of the basic truisms of business.  Work at it and you get better.  Have a great weekend.
