HE WILL ADVOCATE FOR A CITIZENS BUDGET ADVISORY COMMITTEE TO OVERSEE THE BUDGET PROCESS AND PROVIDE STRONG FISCAL MANAGEMENT. Rocky Qualin will fight for our citizens and community. He understands the unique character of our city and will preserve what is best about Santee while planning for a bright future. Uniquely Qualified: A long-time resident, Rocky and his wife have chosen to raise their two children in Santee. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and worked in the banking industry for 11 years. He currently serves as Senior Vice President at KPS Insurance Services. He also serves on the board of directors for the local non-profit Camp Jack, which sends at-risk youth to summer camp.
