Ed, thank you for sharing this information about homes in your local market. I love to see how things are going in the real estate market in other parts of the country. Cheers!

I love house tours!  The last one in my community was Christmas '08, but the best ones are the historical homes in Annapolis or Georgetown, D.C....  I'm betting your post will help attract some folks and maybe it will help them get in the mood to tour homes for sale.

I love to view the historical homes in the area.  It is so interesting to hear and see what has gone on in the past. Nice post for the Historical  Society of Watertown

Every year there is a home tour in Franklin....I've sponsored a home in the past when I was marketing a high end luxury home subdivision in Franklin.....it's a success every year....I'm sure yours will be also....people love touring unique properties.

Beautiful homes Ed, it would be so interesting to take these tours of these homes, even though that is what we do on almost a daily business! Sounds like a great day.

How terribly English that all of these Historic homes have such stately names. Did they serve tea? Sounds like a delightful tour.
