Amenities at The Bridges at Escala include water fountains, swimming pool, spa, outdoor grills and picnic areas, a fitness center, a recreation room, and tennis courts.

The Bridges at Escala, located in the eastern section of Mission Valley, is across the street from Qualcomm Stadium and a short drive or bicycle ride from the University of San Diego, San Diego State University, Fashion Valley Mall, several San Diego Trolley stations, SeaWorld, Mission Bay, Old Town, and downtown San Diego.

Walkers, joggers, and bikers will enjoy the concrete paths along the San Diego River from Qualcomm Stadium on the east end of Mission Valley all the way to Mission Bay, Ocean Beach, and Mission Beach on the west end, a distance of about seven miles.

Charles - Thank you. It's taken me over a year of posting about these condominium communities before I found a template that I'm happy with. It won't take me a year to get through all 39 of them this time.

Will - Thanks very much for your kind words, but I have a lot of help from my marketing guru, who also happens to be a home inspector, my husband, and a member of ActiveRain, too!

Cody - Thanks! I wish I could take all the credit for it, but also it's a cooperative effort between me and my marketing guru. I have 39 of these condominium communities in my farming area, and I'm trying to get to the point where I can provide information about them that is at least no older than 60 days. I'm even trying to get to the once-a-month point.
