Since I have been selling real estate so long, I some time lose perspective of what people think about when they are deciding where to live and the kind of house they want.
This is such a great area to live in, we have so many nice neighborhoods, parks, schools......there are so many nice people in the area.

It is real busy out there, lots of great homes on the market, priced well.
My neighbors house just came back on the market, I don't have a chance to sell it because his brother in law just got in the business but I can tell you about living here, for sure.
