I was just with a client and he asked me why he should move to Palm Beach Gardens or Jupiter, Florida. I only had 3 hours with him to show him both Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate and Jupiter Real Estate and for a part of the 3 hours he needed to stop and eat. That only left me with 2 hours to show him homes that were for sale.
He indicated that he took a couple of weeks off from work to tour Florida and then determine where he was going to buy his new home. I have not heard back from him yet. This was just last week.
Instead of showing him homes for sale in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, Florida, for 2 hours, I decided to take him on the Grand Tour (and then show him 2 homes for sale, 1 in Palm Beach Gardens, and 1 in Jupiter).
I told him "Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, Florida is more than Fun-In-The-Sun! We have Fine Arts, Arts, Cinemas, Shopping, Restaurants, and Museums!"
Since my Real Estate Office is located on US Highway 1 in Jupiter, EXIT Realty Coastal Living, 351 S. US Highway One, Suite 101, Jupiter, Florida, 33477, I started the Tour at the Maltz Theater.

As we were driving to the 2 properties, I told him about the Kravis Center not too far from Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, Florida, off of Interstate-95's Exit 70 about 10 miles away from Jupiter, and even less from Palm Beach Gardens! There they have Concerts (Country, Rock, etc.), Dance (Modern and Classical), Plays, Orchestras,and Operas!
One of the 2 homes I showed my client was in Abacoa. Abacoa Real Estate is where you want to buy! It is the best of All Worlds! We drove by the Rodger Dean Stadium where Baseball's Florida Marlins and St Louis Cardinals have their Spring Training and their Minor Leagues, Jupiter Hammer Heads and Palm Beach Cardinals, play, I know, this is about Fine Arts, etc. I am just throwing this in,,,

While he was there, I told him he could buy amost anything he needed at the Garden's Mall to go to all the Fine Arts Events in Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter, Florida.
