Hello! My corporation supplies and delivers pre-filled water balloons and we opened in Northern Illinois in July 2010. Six months and over 12,000 water balloons later, we are expanding to Houston, Texas this month. I'm looking for information regarding sponsorship and/or vendor/advertising possibilities with the Houston Pumpkin Festival and BBQ Cook-Off taking place in 2011.
