An ActiveRain networking friend of mine is a real estate broker in Loudoun County Virginia (bet you AR junkies can guess who I'm referring to - duh!) and she recently did a Market Report that focused more on volume than prices. FYI: The zip code/neighborhood is on the southeast side of Tarrant County and is mostly made up of the city known as Mansfield. Easily accessible via I-20 East and 287 South from Fort Worth or I-20 West and 287 South from Dallas.
