This is one of my pet peeves. When I call another agent to show their listing and leave a message. I would like them to call me back within a reasonable time. This has happen to me several times, I'm sure I'm not alone on this, but the agent never calls me back. I'm trying to show my client their listing and I can't. Then why do they have a listing they don't want anyone to show. I know we all get busy and forget to call other agents back, but atleast call them back the next day. We all are in the same boat here and we need to help each other out as much as possible. Please answer the phone or call back because you never know when an offer might come in. Ok, I feel better now that I have vented.

I cant seem to get feedback calls. When an agent shows my listing my clients knows about it right away and calls me to find out what the buyer thought. Its nice to be able to get back to my client and let them know but so many agents don't do follow up calls. Its hard enough in this market to keep our seller from freaking out about every little thing. usually when an agent doesn't call back it means that the buyers did not like the House ... but just let us know why.. and is there anything we can do to improve it. Your right ,lets all work together so the consumer can have a better opinion of our industry.

It is very irritating to call and schedule an appointment but not get a return call back. If their sellers knew this I am sure they would get fired. I wonder how those agents stay in business, oh yes, now I know, they wait for the buyer who wants to see the house call the number on the sign so they get BOTH sides of the deal. We have an agent in our area who is known for that.
