I recently interviewed our seller and asked her a few questions, that I think many prospective Quail Creek homebuyers might like to know. See her responses below:
Me: Why did you ultimately decide to purchase 19888 Hunters Loop in Quail Creek Estates subdivision?
Seller: We were initially drawn to Quail Creek because it seemed like a very quiet and stable neighborhood. I liked the traditional brick style of our home and appreciated the fact that there was lots of light in every room. When I learned that the lot behind ours was owned by the golf course, I thought that added a great deal of value. If the lot was ever developed, we would have a nice golf course view and a better return on our investment, and if it remained undeveloped, we would enjoy that added space and privacy.
Me: I can attest to the value of your lot. The first thing I noticed upon entering your home for the first time, was the the great view of the private backyard.
Me: What improvements have you made to the home since you have owned it?
Seller: We have done a lot to this home since we bought it. We removed all the carpet and replaced it with hardwood flooring. We replaced all the vinyl in the house with ceramic tile. We added plantation shutters and wood blinds, updated the lighting in the kitchen and installed a sprinkler system.
Me: Those are some great additions, which I am positive our prospective buyers will appreciate.
Me: What will you miss most about the house and Quail Creek Estates?
Seller: I love the floor plan of this house and how easy it is to maintain. I have been blessed with great neighbors and I am really going to miss them. Hunters Loop is not a thru street, so this is just a safe a quiet place to live.
Me: Why are you moving?
Seller: I am retiring this year and long to spend my retirement as close to the water as possible. If my house had a water view, I would have no desire to move. I have really enjoyed living here.
