A mental health break that is.  Every once in a while I just need to get away for the day, away from short sales, REO's, loan docs, disclosures, etc.   Yesterday I took the day off and headed to Yosemite National Park for the day.  Half Dome It was a beautiful day, actually pretty warm.

While there we had the Sunday brunch at the Ahwahnee Hotel.  The food was awesome as usual.  The Ahwahnee Hotel Dining room is a spectacular setting inside and out.  The view just outside the dining room is gorgeous.   And the food is the best anywhere.

I can't wait to get back there later this fall when the weather changes and the fall colors are in full force.

What an awesome way to take a break from real estate. though I've never been to Yosemite I've heard that it's just spectacular. I've made it a point to go next year sometime as well as a drive up along the coast. Agents truly need to disconnect from the industry in order to retain our sanity.

Susan - It has to be done every once in a while.  It's usually either over to the Monterey area or up to the mountains.

Victor - If you ever have the chance you have to go.  In the spring time when the falls are flowing it is spectacular, in the fall the crowds are smaller and the colors are awesome.

Lee & Pamela - If you ever have the chance to go to Yosemite, take it!  Spring time is beautiful when the falls are really flowing, but the crowds are bigger.  The fall is beautiful too with smaller crowds.

Debra - I think it is one of the most beautiful, peaceful places in the world.   Well at least from what I have seen of the world.
