When I was a Sales Manager I used to ask my Realtors "Why did they come to the office every morning for Coffee" And then hang around all morning.
I used to suggest to them they were better off have a coffee with their last client they just sold a house for or too, "They think you're wonderful and like you" Plus they'll gladly help you with your business if you ask for referrals and a Testimonial.
This Business can get us all bogged down doing stuff...Drop by and say high to your clients, they'll greet you with open arms, and Send them a Note once in a while..."Just thinking of you, have a wonderful day!" " It's been a while, lets do lunch!"
Notes to clients and your sphere, can be very rewarding, especially if you are thoughtful.
Keep in touch with your clients, it will pay you huge dividends.
