Multi-photo syndication with RealBird is now live. Some cool SEO too

We have been testing it since last week and we are pleased to let you know that the RealBird listing syndication service now sends multiple photos to Google Base, Trulia and Zillow. This is a long due feature, especially with the existing, unlimited photo capabilities of the RealBird Listing Publisher, but finally, your RealBird listing syndication service also includes multiple photos now (10 photos for Google Base and up to 30 photos to Trulia and Zillow)
There is no special action required on your side, just use RealBird as before and upload as many large photos for your single property websites as you wish.

As you can see, the RealBird listing website dominates Google and the top 4 results are all via RealBird (beating even Realtor.com 's MLS powered property page, in terms of ranking)
Some SEO notes: some people argue that address SEO is useless as no consumer is searching for it. I respectfully disagree for many reasons:
- Our detailed analytics across the 74,000+ property websites shows significant traffic through search engines that is a result of address queries, out of which many leads to inquiries (i.e. consumer traffic for sure)
- The fact that the RealBird property websites rank amazingly well in most cases for the property addresses does not mean that they don't rank for other long tail or even head queries.Ranking for address queries is just an additional bonus
- It's much easier for us to demonstrate address SEO than any other type of long tail keywords as those vary greatly from one RealBird property site to another
- Address SEO also helps you with demonstrating your online marketing capabilities to your current and future sellers.
In any case, multi-photo syndication is now live and working great.By the way, more features are getting very closed to be launched including more SEO features, a new ActiveRain embed code for your RealBird listings and a brand new single property website design.
