Here is the clue I had given yesterday, with a challenge to find out what it will be:
Useful Websites #30 - and it will be....(I think I'll talk about something that is not a real estate website but is surely a great resource for us....)
So far, I have mentioned about 29 useful websites. All of them connected to Real Estate in one way or the other. And if there was no connection, I'd ask you to find out one!
And here's 30th! Last website from me in this series. Lot different and much more useful (at least to me) than any other I have mentioned in this series.
(I still have the Internet connection issues but working on make-shift arrangement until I receive my router from Verizon today. Thank You, God)
So, here is my grand finale - 30th website, it has nothing to do with Real Estate but everything to do with my mind-set and yes, I achieved my goal. You know, the most surprising part is - not only I focussed on these blogs at wee hours of all 30 days, I also could focus on all my business, my deals, my clients - and I hope, October 2010 will be one of the best months in terms of productivity this year for me - and if not best, one of the best month in my 7+ year real estate career.
It all began with the end of one of the seminars I attended - a while ago. They played this 3-minute clip on the big screen. The title was 'DASH'.
This video is watched over 30 million times, and I do believe, it's true.
After the seminar, I started the search for DASH on the Internet and found out the source of this video.
And that's where I learned the simple truths of service.
So, here is my most favorite and most useful website that has nothing to do with real estate and everything to do with us (each of them will take you to a great movie clip)....
showing the 'change' for good,
showing the difference an extra degree makes at 212,
how each of us can choose to make a difference,
inspring with some daily quotes,
sharing the power of encouragement,
learnning the value of relationship in 100-0 principle,
teaching what it takes to be number one
and many many more!

I joined the blog-a-day blogathon for 30 days. This is day 30 of the 30-day-challenge. Woohoo..My journey is over! TOUCHDOWN!!! I know, it got tougher and tougher as I reach my goal today.
I am so much encouraged by responses and positive feedback, I will add few more websites soon - though I may call a series 'Andover Home Sales' so that SEO picks up and I get higher ranking...(just kidding..)
I may create a post to re-visit all of them in couple of posts, covering 15 websites in each - or perhaps 3 posts with 10 in each.
In these 30 days, I have shared something either I learned from some of the ActiveRainers or some other resource online. At times, I did not know where and how I learnt about these websites and may not be able to give due credit to someone who informed me about that, but I still want to thank all of them who contributed to my knowledge which I shared in last 30 days! Please share this knowledge with someone who you know.
