• 141 Brittany Ct:  Sold July 30.  2 Bed 2.5 Bath.  2002 SF.  Asking $389,000.  Sold for $389,000.
• 31 Devonshire:  Sold June 21.  2 Bed 2 Full Bath, 2 Half Baths.  Asking $425,000.  Sold for $425,000.
• 41 Devonshire:  Sold June 30.  2 Bed 2 Full Bath, 2 Half Baths.  Asking $439,000.  Sold for $439,000.
• 14 Barrister:  Sold June 30.  2 Bed, 3.5 Baths.  Asking $463,500.  Sold for $463,500.

So in total, there have been 8 sales so far in Cambridge Crossings, Clifton NJ.  The average sales price of condos here is $369,407 which seems to be the fair trading value today.
