Rent with the option to buy is still alive and well in Prince George's County Maryland

I meet potential homebuyers everyday who as a result of the current economy feel as though they can't purchase a home and in some cases that is the truth but then there are those that need just a little more time to work on a few issues on their credit reports and save a few more dollars and then they will be ready.  It is those homebuyers that this blog is about and for.  I will get those potential homebuyers in front of my loan officers and we work out a game plan that will put them in position to purchase in twelve months.  In the meantime, I place those potential homebuyers in homes that have a rent with the option to purchase them.  This is a win-win for the potential homebuyer but also the homeowner who is willing to hold off and sale within twenty months.
