In response to an inquiry from a Port St Lucie real estate buyer, I describe how I bought two vacant lots for ten dollars each and then sold them for $7500 each...just before prices went to $75000!

Bruce - I enjoyed the story. And just like many real estate "experts," I sometimes make predictions on the projected course for prices or sales, and just like the "experts," I can only offer a guess. If we did have a working crystal ball it would be nice, but a quick look at the predictions for the past 5 years will demonstrate that even the most respected economists sometimes don't have a clue.
