Loan Types

 

30 Year Fixed   If you think interest rates are as low as they are going to get and you plan on staying in the home for 10 years or more, this program is for you.

 

20 Year Fixed   A great way to build equity fast without the higher payments of 15 year fixed.

 

15 Year Fixed   The ultimate way to pay off a mortgage early if you can manage a significantly higher payment.

 

7 Year Balloon   A below than market interest rate locked in for the first 7 years, then can be converted into a fixed rate for 23 years for a minimal fee.

 

5 Year Balloon   A below than market interest rate locked in for the first 5 years, then can be converted into a fixed rate for 25 years for a minimal fee.

 

1/1 ARM-FHLMC   Conforming Interest rate is locked in for the first year, then can adjust every year.  The rate can only go up 2% a year, 6% lifetime.  There is a Conversion option to a fixed rate anytime after closing.

 

Portfolio ARMs
