Windsor Colorado had 11 new listings & Johnstown had 4

Windsor had 11 new listings this week. There are several that are owned by Federal Home Loan Association. There are 4 new Listings in Johnstown. One of them is new construction that has not even been started yet. I decided to start looking to see what is going on in Johnstown too as it is on the East side of the Highway. Do you realize that the Town of Johnstown includes the commercial area on the south side of 34 and east of I-25? That will help them in the future as sales tax comes in more!
