I guess we missed some critical lists of distressed properties around the state this week.
We try to keep you up to date on all of the Foreclosed Homes In Salt Lake for free, and that means we subscribe to a number of services that list Foreclosures and Pre-Foreclosed Homes (short sales) in Salt Lake City and around the state of Utah.
The following is a list of Notice of defaults by individual Utah Counties that were filed last week.
Many of these are listed on the MLS as short sales. If they are not sold they will more than likely be listed again as Bank Owned Homes.
This report will give you an Idea what areas showed the most Foreclosure activity over the last 5 days.
