Breakfast today was at Mimi's Cafe off of 200 in Ocala, and it filled me up for the day. I ordered the Monterey Omelet, which came with home fried potatoes, fresh juice and a muffin. There was no room for the muffin, but the Monterey Jack cheese, bacon and avocado in and on the omelet would have made my Mama proud.
Mimi's has breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, and serves liquor. I didn't have any liquor with my breakfast. Mimi's also has a great 'to-go business.'
