Part 2: Update From MC.

1. On the 2 Realtors in Georgia who were killed in their office:  A Georgia jury sentenced the man (Stacey Ian Humphreys) to death for the murder of the R/E Agents.

2. Youngstown Municipal Court said Robert Brooks and Grant Cooper were charged with aggravated murder, aggravated robbery, aggravated arson and kidnapping.

3. Realtor, VonStein: Portage County Sheriff David Doak said Robert Grigelaitis, suspected in the death of Andrew VonStein, remained at large.

4. Robbery of a Realtor in Ohio: Paul Brooks and Robert Brooks were charged with aggravated robbery.

It is a sad state of affairs about the violence and exposure to the public that could create situations for Realtors.  I pray every day for our safety.  We really need to be careful in this tough economy!!!   Thanks for your timely post.

Let someone know where you are going, if you feel threatened, call someone, tell them where you are and if you don't call back in 5 minutes, send the Calvary. If the law allows and you are comfortable and trained, you might need to carry some additional "Protection" in certain areas.

In a vacant house always have quick access to a door, especially an exterior door.
