Fernando, I took a quick read of your e-book, "Adios Lender". Very impressive. I wonder though, how realistic is it to project the home owner saving $1,000 per monthl I mean actually socking the money away for a future home purchase. I imagine some can, but would the majority. I know its speculative but that seems to be the crux of your plan for the benefit, if I read your projection correctly.

Do you have a recommendation as to which of the short sale courses should be taken first? I want to get educated but not sure whihc of the courses are best. Lots of vendors out to separate Realtors from their money, and not all of them are worth it.

Wayne, the $1000 savings is just speculative being used to make a point.. . after all he is saving $1300 per month.

Short sales courses are everywhere and any of them should provide you with a solid platform to begin your experience. I received 2 designations CDPE and CDRS gold member. My preference between the two is CDRS for various reasons. . .just google it
