The ActiveRain Real Estate Network is here to help real estate industry professionals connect to each other and to the home-buying public. The Ad network is a part of that greater goal.
There are a lot of benefits to being a a part of the ActiveRain Real Estate Network. Through profile pages, the on-line directory of professionals, member blogs, Localism.com, groups, associates lists, and referral tools members are getting a lot through their developing relationships by learning from each other and finding easier ways to connect to consumers.
By being a featured professional for your region, or through writing excellent real estate related content, members can stand out even more. Through these tools and others we hope to inspire greater community contributions. The ad network expands upon those free offerings while providing similar benefits.
Going forward ActiveRain will continue improve, and provide new tools to meet the goals of connecting industry professionals to consumers and to each other. Some of those offerings will be free, and some will be for a fee. In either case ActiveRain will continue to focus on enabling these connections for the betterment of the industry and individual members.
On a related note:
We’ve seen a lot of members signing up to be a part of The ActiveRain Ad Network. All members are welcome to place their ads, it is important to note however, that the most success will be had with those who wish to reach out directly to members. Later with the extension to Localism, ads will reach out more to the home buying public.
Brian Brady stated the whole thing very well for us over on Bloodhound blog:
"So…who should advertise on Active Rain and Localism? Loan originators should DEFINITELY advertise; they are outnumbered by potential referral source six to one. Stagers should, too. Investments brokers, short sale specialists, commercial agents, coaches/trainers, appraisers, vendors, and anyone who may benefit from the “stuff” that real estate professionals buy will find a thriving and enthusiastic group on Active Rain."
Thanks Brian! Check out his post.
