Market Statistics are lively for Garden Ridge, Texas ~ A serene place to live!

I am super excited!

I was running some numbers for a client today and pulled up some of these great stats on Garden Ridge, Texas.  You see my office is in Garden Ridge.  We are at the corner of Bat Cave and FM 2252.  So, I'm so lucky to have an office in this beautiful, serene area where the animals roam free and deer around the office is a norm.

I'll give you the snapshot first of what has SOLD in the last 6 months in Garden Ridge.

So, this tells us that New to the Market has decreased, Under Contract has increased as well as Sales increased.  Garden Ridge has been a bit dormant for the past couple of years, but this history tells me that it's coming back.

You will also note that the average days on market is much lower for the Available as well as the recent SOLD properties.

If you are looking to buy or sell, I would love to help you.

It looks like the market for Garden Ridge Texas is moving in the right direction. Palm Beach Country is experiencing sales increases year or year.

Good luck and success.

Shiela Garden Ridge is coming back in a big way. Garden Ridge and Comal County are doing well with home sales.

Sheila - Have you trademarked "a serene place to live" - that needs to be the slogan for Garden Ridge!  I don't know how many nights I've left the office as dusk approached and had to drive a little slower that usual down FM 2252 in order to be sure I didn't hit any deer.  The one family of deer likes to lounge right there my the new vet's I drive by they just lay there watching traffic go by.  Amazing.
