Real Estate Agent with Prudential Texas Properties

Someone posted that I might get business from this blog. I am looking to work some referrals. In Fort Worth, Texas (the most affordable and fastest growing city in the nation) we still have properties for as low as $50.00 a foot, even new construction for less than $70 a foot.....I know there have to be investors out there interested in these types of properties so, my question is, "Can I find them through Active Rain"? If so, where are they hangin out?

Theresa - search the groups and see if there are any Texas groups. Also check into the Investors group. It might be a viable option. Best of luck!

You can Theresa, I've gotten one referral and another good contact through AR...but it takes tenacity! You've got to write and make yourself known by replying. People forget easy too, so if you blog but do not continue to blog the people that know you today will forget you next week.

I second the others, that this is a great way to build your brand and increase the opportunity that you will be found by investors, buyers, and sellers. It isn't easy, if it was, then everyone would be successful at it. But with hard work and tiime you can - and will - see results from AR.
