My Crush on CaesarStone

By
Real Estate Agent with Paragon Real Estate Group

Have you ever seen a CaesarStone in a kitchen or bathroom? Do you ever touch it? I do, every chance I get. There's a creamy lusciousness I can't quite describe. CaesarStone also has a high visual impact. I don't know why I can always identify it right away. It's almost like the stuff has pheremones and it stands out, even across the most crowded room.

Linda Betencourt of CenterStage reminded me today about how replacing kitchen counter tops with CaesarStone gives a fast and dramatic upgrade. Made of 93% crushed quartz, it is stain, scratch and heat resistant, making it a durable and versatile alternative to marble and granite.

Linda quotes the cost at about $60/square foot installed from Cornerstone Home Design in South City.  versus $50/sq.ft. for marble and granite.  A tad more more costly, but the mere word "CaesarStone" screams luxury and prestigs and has a brand appeal that is valuable to buyers.

Linda recommends selecting a classic color that has broad appeal. I've seen some new home development take some risks and go towards chocolate browns, which has some drama, but if it were me, I'd play it safe with one of their 'fresh white' tones.
