Industry Observer

There are a lot of homes on the market, and there are a lot of homes that were listed and failed to sell. Many Burnsville homeowners have listed their homes for months with nothing to show for the effort but an expired listing contract and a pile of buyer agent business cards. Lots of showings and no action, sound familiar?

When you sell real estate, you need all the help and information you can get to gain advantage over other sellers. You're not only competing with your neighbors who want to sell their homes, you're also competing with foreclosures and short sales. Selling a home is not easy, but it's not impossible either.

If you have had your home on the market for months and it failed to sell, you probably need our help. We are well-equipped to conduct a thorough and straight-forward analysis of your property's failure to sell. You will receive our complete, un-sugarcoated, analysis. We ask nothing in return other than that you consider giving us an opportunity to help you with your next attempt to sell. Good going Mike. People need someone to tell them the truth so that their home will actually sell. It is almost always a matter of price and too many agents are afraid tho speak the truth.
