Here's a Quick Look at just some of "What's Happening" this weekend October 1st-3rd, 2010 around Skagit Valley!
1) Sedro-Woolley Homecoming 2010
The Sedro-Woolley Annual Homecoming Football Game will take place tonight, October 1st vs. Mount Lake Terrace at 7pm at SWHS. Come support the Cubs as they take on the Hawks!
2) Skagit Valley Festival of Family Farms
Thirteen Local Skagit Valley Farms will open their doors to the public for a fun-filled weekend of events! Check out all the information on the Skagit Valley Festival of Family Farms and those participating on their website. Events run this weekend October 2nd & 3rd from 10:00am - 04:00pm.
3) La Conner Quilt Fest 2010.
Come support this major fundraiser for the La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum this weekend October 1st-3rd, 9:30am- 5:30pm in La Conner. Take part in one of the many workshops or events taking place at Quilt Fest 2010. Events will be held at Maple Hall and the La Conner Quilt & Textile Museum. 4) Motorcycle Benefit Ride for the 'Upper Skagit Christmas Basket Program'.
Come enjoy the fresh air this Saturday, October 2nd at 11am for a motorcycle toy/food benefit ride. Those participating will gather at the Skagit Valley Harley Davidson and ride to Howard Miller Steelhead Park in Rockport for lunch. Riders are encouraged to bring donations of toys/non-perishable food to help support 'Upper Skagit Christmas Basket Program'.
5) Downtown Bellingham Art Walk
