I created this group to help locate folks interested in owning a piece of Texas. I live and work in beatiful Fort Worth, Texas. Fort Worth is one of the fastest growing cities in the Nation, what better a place to invest.

Move on out to TEXAS, especially Fort Worth, we are booming here. Have a little cash to spend this is like a kid in a candy store, californians spend you rmoney here you get a lot more for your money in Texas.

Agreed. You can't ask for a better investment climate: plenty of room for growth & appreciation, very low prices, and a great rental market. The recent mortgage issues have made my life much easier -- more tenants and higher rents for my investment clients.
