As we see the families prepare to celebrate Labor Day... do we pursue this weekend as a holiday weekend, or as a long working weekend? In my market, Cleveland, Ohio... it is supposed to be beautiful this weekend so do I go and double up on Open Houses? Maybe hit a couple of the multitudeof community events wearing my "trade show shirt", and my best game face? You know, it seems that we always go above and beyond for our clients, at least in theory, so is this the kind of weekend that we go and promote the most valuable asset.. ourselves? Doing meet and greats and FSBO's and garage sales, local picnics and parks, do we even consider listings...
Or, do I/we take time to re-charge the batteries, sleep in (til 8...lol), cut the lawn, pitch the ball to the kids and hope that this wasn't the weekend that the stars would align, and that we would finally be at the right place, at the right time, and get, and work with the truly qualified buyer that we so need right now. It is not like we turn it off, and that we don't think about it.. even if we do family oriented stuff... it is still on our minds... right? That is along with our phones being "stapled" to our hips... any thoughts?
